Step 1. Attend an ALA Admissions Night | 6:30pm | Register here or contact the Admissions Coordinator, Michelle Meyer, at 602-268-8686 x40.

Once all sessions have been held, those interested in enrolling should contact the Admissions Coordinator to set up a meeting.

All future students and at least one of their parents need to attend a session. The online link for the ALA Application for Enrollment will be shared at these events. The Required Forms for Enrollment will also be distributed.

Lutheran Elementary School parents: Sessions will also be held during the ALA Invitational Basketball Tournament, Saturday, January 14, 2017. You may attend one session at that time. Times will be determined. Use link above to register. 

Step 2. Complete an ALA Application for Enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year

Complete the enrollment process as directed. (Online application and Required Forms for Enrollment both need to be completed.)

ALA Applications for Enrollment will be available December 1, 2016 and due on or before April 1, 2017 to be eligible for the ALA FUTURE COYOTE $1000 SCHOLARSHIP. (See details below.)

Step 3. Attend an ALA Tuition Assistance Workshop: ACSTO | 6:30pm | Register here

Step 4. Schedule an Admission Interview with an ALA Administrator.

Required Forms for Enrollment and Enrollment Fee of $100 (cash or check) are due at the Interview.

This meeting includes parent(s) and student. Michelle Meyer will coordinate this meeting.This meeting can take place either before or after attending a Tuition Assistance Workshop. Steps 3 and 4 do not have to be in numerical order.

Students will receive an ALA acceptance letter once steps 1-4 are complete.

All complete applications* submitted on or before April 1, 2017 are eligible to be part of a random drawing for a scholarship and will be automatically entered into the drawing. The scholarship is worth $1000 and is applied directly to the tuition account of the student, awarded in 10 monthly installments ($100 a month), starting with the July invoice and ending with the April invoice. The random drawing will take place on April 7, 2017 during the Class of 2021 Mixer. In the event the winning applicant drawn does not attend ALA, the scholarship is void, has no cash value and is non-transferable.

A complete application means
  • Steps 1-3 have been fully completed on or before April 1, 2017 and you have Step 4 complete or scheduled for a future date.
  • If the winning applicant drawn has Step 4 scheduled, the meeting has to take place for the applicant to receive the scholarship.

NOTE: The above ALA Application for Enrollment process is separate from ALA Athletic Registration paperwork.The athletic registration process will be done in the spring of 2017.
